I've led KOMPAS's digital division, built shipping AI tools, and founded ventures alongside talented teams. The real value is coherence, speed, and ideas that grow stronger through collaboration.

A gamified reading concept for Bog og Idé, made with Nørgård Mikkelsen to turn finishing a book into a real reward: streaks and XP point at chapters, and a finished book unlocks a Mystery Box in store.

A full WordPress rebuild for Frivillig Kolding, turning an outdated site into a modern hub where volunteers could actually find the opportunities that needed them.

An internal AI built for KOMPAS and Kolding Kommune's volunteer network: an agent with sub-agents and skills, wired into a custom hub and shipped into daily cross-department reporting.

Johannes Larsen Museet

A concept app and sign system built to make the museum's guest experience more interactive and connected, carrying guests from hotel check-in to the exhibits in one visual language.
